Can't do then Don't say...!!

casually i turned on my blackberry to check what tweets i had got and my favourite times of india tweeted abt an article about a review of aamir khans show "SATYAMEV JAYATE".
When i started reading it the columnist clearly mentioned that she hasnt seen a single episode of the show and jokingly mentioned it as a confession. Then when i went on she compared his show to an 80's show which was more or less the same. Here arose my first question, when she dint bother to watch even an episode then how can she even comment and compare it . Just coz a commercial and well known actor is hosting it soesnt make it a worthless and unprivileged show. She then said that she went through many reviewsa of the show and is judging on that . There arised my next point. Every human has a different perspective and she has her own ( hope she does ) then how can she blindly trust any random publishers review and verdict . If she was so concerned about the show and its impact she couldve rather watched the show and then give the overline criticism about it. The next comment she made was about the host and how he was just like any other star trying to make it to the idiot box. Well when she can go on criticising about people in the weekly once column giving nothing but a nonsense and illogical waste of the newspaper space which is often good for nothing then whats wrong with an actor who is bringing out socially hushed issues to the judgement of public giving enough evidence and information for people to realise how india's glory is fading away due to the greed and selfishness of a few people. If she would atleast step down from her husband layed golden carpet to the world laid concrete roads and the marble offices can she realise what impact the show is having.
It has been almost a month since the show has been airing and in four weeks four issues which is affecting the country on a whole have been boldly put up for public judgement the issues dealing with female foeticide , sexual abuse , honour killing , medical corruption have become more than just a seldom news repot. When i walk into a coffee shop i see a group of teenage friends actually talking about them aloud . I was shocked to see that the shows effort has encouraged people to talk discuss and judge it. And our dear reportes says that she would prefer coffee n gossip with her friends and family that watch a show which was effecting the nation.
What she said about the actor may or may not be true . But even with those factors sidelined the shows objective is to awaken the people and involve then in the functioning of a country and evidently it has proven itself as there have been reactions from people and pressure on the respective organisations to change policies and implement norms for the betterment of the people.
I know she may be a very big socialite and her perspective matters but even a staunch critic would rise up to a show which is socially accepted , productive and useful unlike her worthless criticism of hardworking people. Well hope she realises that at the age of sixty she must be teaching good manners and morals rather than degrading humanity and being cold or else no one would be standing over her grave to mourn for her and she would end up in an abandoned state. So if she cant do it she shouldnt be saying about it either . Hope your senile mind gets enlightened with sanity and mutual love for humans.
